Martin R.Greenberg, Esq., with a Bachelors degree from Syracuse University and
Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, was admitted to the Bar of the State of
New York in 1969. He has over 30 years of immigration experience having
specialized in immigration law since admission.
Attorney Greenberg has maintained his own immigration practice since 1972. His
area of immigration expertise is business immigration law having represented
well-known major international companies in obtaining their
H-1, L-1, TN temporary visas, and those employees interested in permanent
residency through the necessary labor certification approvals or international
management approvals.
Attorney Greenberg is also versed in obtaining O and P visas for individuals of
extraordinary ability, athletes and entertainers.
Attorney Greenberg is currently a member of the American Immigration Lawyers
Association (AILA). He has lectured on immigration to colleges and has
published immigration columns for various ethnic newspapers.
Attorney Greenberg was also instrumental in changing the requirements
necesssary for determining eligibility for E-1 visas for employees of those
companies involved in a 50-50 investment through a precedential decision which
has now been incorporated into statutory law.
Attorney Greenberg is responsible for determining that the applicants are
qualified, that the applications are sufficient and that the documentation
needed is present and is being submitted to secure the approval of an H1B1
